Customer service was alright overall. I did have to wait longer than I usually do with other companies before getting a reply, but they eventually answered my question. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as quick or clear as what I’ve seen from some other support teams. A few more updates while waiting would’ve helped.

My experience with CMX UK was okay overall. They did get back to me, but a few times I found myself waiting longer than I expected and had to give them a little nudge, which is never ideal, to be honest. When they did reply, though, the messages were polite and easy enough to understand. So not a bad experience by any means, just feels like they could be a bit more on top of communication.

My first impression was that there were plenty of ways to customize things without it feeling too overwhelming. It was easy to choose what I wanted, though I did have to click around a bit to figure everything out. Overall, it worked well and I’m happy with the options.

I ordered a hoodie and joggers from cmxuk.com, the sizing was pretty much what I expected. I’m usually a medium, and both pieces fit fine, not too tight, not hanging off me either, which is good because I really don’t have the patience for guessing sizes and dealing with returns.

Bottom line, I’m really happy with it. It looks even nicer in person than I expected, and it has a great overall look once you see it up close.
